Description
The Gel Loading Buffer is a 5X solution of 0.2% Bromophenol blue dye. 0.2% Xylene cyanol dye and
glycerol in a Tris-EDTA buffer. It can be used to load DNA , protein or native RNA samples directly into the wells of a non denaturing agarose or polyacrylamide gel. This buffer is RNAse, DNase and Protease free.
